   Mencap in Kirklees received an overall Good rating following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-led domains, with the remaining key questions carried forward as Good from the 2018 inspection. Minor medication recording gaps and audit weaknesses were noted but no regulatory breaches were identified, and the service demonstrated strong person-centred care, safeguarding practice, and an open, well-managed culture.
