Date of Assessment: 26 June to 15 July 2025. The service is a care at home service providing support to older people, younger adults living with nursing needs, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. At this inspection, the service demonstrated a continued commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The provider had detailed processes in place for safeguarding, risk management, and continuity of care. Systems were in place to ensure safe environments, effective staffing, and robust infection control, with staff consistently trained and supported to uphold safety standards. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgments about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. There was evidence of exceptional outcomes and a deeply compassionate approach to care. People’s needs were assessed holistically, with innovative practices used to ensure inclusivity and autonomy. Care was delivered in line with best evidence and legislation, with strong clinical governance and collaborative working across teams and services. Staff treated people with dignity and respect, tailoring support to individual preferences, backgrounds, and aspirations. The culture of kindness and empowerment was evident throughout the organisation. People’s needs were met through well-organised and flexible care delivery. Feedback mechanisms were in place, and people were actively involved in shaping their care. Equity of access and experience was prioritised, and future planning was sensitively managed. Leadership fostered a positive, inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement. Governance systems supported safe and sustainable care, and partnership working was used effectively to enhance service delivery. Staff felt valued and empowered, contributing to a strong organisational ethos.
