Strada Care was rated Good across all five key questions at its first inspection under the newly registered address, demonstrating safe, person-centred support for 19 people with learning disabilities and/or autism in supported living settings. Minor shortfalls were identified in infection control mask compliance, mental capacity record-keeping accuracy, and audit follow-up documentation, all of which were promptly addressed during or after the inspection.
