Inspire You Care Ltd improved from Requires Improvement to Good across all three inspected key questions (safe, effective, well-led), resolving a prior breach of Regulation 19 around recruitment. Minor governance gaps remain around electronic call monitoring and inconsistent daily care records, with plans in place to address both.

· Positive open culture with good staff morale; staff felt well supported by management.
