· Safe recruitment with DBS checks and references; registered manager involved in recruitment process.
· Medicines administered safely with competency checks; registered manager identified MAR transcribing inconsistencies and arranged transcriber training for relatives.
· Person-centred care planning with communication needs considered, including pictorial care plans and body-language guidance.
