Integrity Care Ltd is a domiciliary (Care at home) service that was first registered with CQC in June 2021. At the time of our assessment, they were providing care and support to three people in their own homes. This was the first assessment of the service since they were registered with CQC. Following this assessment, we have rated the service good . The performance of the service received praise from people whose relatives were receiving care, and the care staff team. Day-to--day direct care and support was managed effectively, and the provider and care staff team were able to demonstrate their person centred and inclusive values towards the people they were supporting. There was a good degree of trust which also received praise from people whose relatives were being cared for. There were safe policies and procedures in place to manage medicines, provide safe care in people’s homes and to respond to any emerging events or concern. The provider had effective systems in place to keep the performance of the service under review and to monitor emerging themes. This was in respect of any changes to people’s care and support needs and the ability of the service to provide safe continuing care.
