Priory Supported Living North Yorkshire, on its first inspection, was rated Good across all five key questions for providing personal care to 12 people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. The service demonstrated strong person-centred practice, safe staffing and recruitment, effective governance, and an open, inclusive culture aligned with the Right support, right care, right culture framework.

· People felt safe and staff had clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and how to raise concerns
· Staff were safely recruited with appropriate pre-employment checks including DBS checks
· Medication administration records were completed accurately and staff received required medicines training
· Care plans were personalised, regularly reviewed, and included input from specialist health professionals
· People and relatives were actively involved in care planning and described communication as transparent and inclusive
