: “one person's care plan stated they lacked capacity. Whilst discussing this with the registered manager they confirmed this was not the case.”

· People were supported by enough staff with appropriate DBS checks and risk assessments in place prior to working with vulnerable people.
· Staff received training in safeguarding, medicines administration, infection control, moving and handling, and equality and diversity.
· Positive outcomes observed by professionals, including improved presentation and acceptance of care from previously reluctant service users.
· Person-centred care plans containing life histories, communication needs, and individual preferences.
