   • · Designated visiting area accessible through a side entrance minimised foot fall through the main home, reducing risk of infection transmission
   • · Visitors screened for COVID-19 symptoms, required to complete lateral flow tests, provide proof of vaccination and were given PPE
   • · Open garden area with separate access available to allow safe visiting
   • · Staff received appropriate training, support and guidance throughout the pandemic; competency assessed via observation and reflective practice
