SureCare (Preston & South Ribble) continued to be rated Good across all five key questions, with strong safeguarding, reliable visit monitoring, person-centred care planning and committed registered managers. Minor issues were noted around mental capacity considerations in reviews and some pre-recruitment checks, both addressed during the inspection.
