Head Office – The Grove (CareForYou Ltd) achieved a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection in August 2022, demonstrating safe, person-centred care with strong leadership, robust risk management, and effective multi-agency working. No areas of concern or regulatory breaches were identified.

· Staff had thorough safeguarding training and knew how to recognise and report abuse, working well with other agencies.
· Robust risk assessments with clear staff guidance, regularly updated when people's needs changed.
