· People felt safe and staff understood individual risks, with technology used effectively to monitor safety (e.g. fall pendant prompts via mobile app).
· Medicines were managed safely with robust care plans, risk assessments, body maps and regular staff competency observations.
· Staff recruited safely with DBS checks, employment gap exploration and reference checks prior to starting roles.
· Consistent and regular care staff fostered trusting, person-centred relationships; people and relatives were highly complimentary about staff attitudes.
· Health professionals described the service as collaborative, caring and compassionate, and praised responsiveness and person-centred approach.
