Strengths
· People had comprehensive risk assessments covering community, health, environment and mobility, regularly reviewed and understood by staff.
· No late or missed visits reported; sufficient staffing with agency contingency identified for emergency cover.
· Medicines managed safely with no gaps in records; regular audits and competency checks by registered manager.
· Staff trained in safeguarding, infection control, moving and handling, dementia, food hygiene and first aid.
· Care plans were person-centred, reflecting religious, dietary, health, communication and social needs, with equality and diversity considerations.
