Everycare (Medway/Swale) received a Good rating across all five key questions at its July/August 2014 inspection, demonstrating safe, person-centred care with strong leadership and staff development. A previous failure to notify CQC of an abuse allegation had been fully remedied by the time of this inspection.

· No missed visits recorded; staff communicated proactively when running late
