Strengths
· Medicines were managed safely with regular competency checks and no gaps or errors in administration records.
· Staffing levels were sufficient, with consistent use of familiar agency staff and robust recruitment checks.
· Effective registered manager who was transparent, proactive in identifying improvements, and well regarded by staff and relatives.
· Staff had appropriate training and competency assessments to support people with a learning disability and autistic people.
