   Heathbank Support Services, a small domiciliary care agency in Oldham supporting people with a learning disability or autism, was rated Good overall following its June 2023 inspection. The service demonstrated safe, person-centred care and strong leadership, with minor recommendations made regarding the frequency of medicine competency assessments and the formalisation of auditing processes.
