Bridgecare Solutions Ltd received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection in February 2023, demonstrating safe, personalised and well-led care for a small number of people in their own homes. The only area for improvement was a gap in practical manual handling training, which was rectified by the registered manager immediately following the inspection.
