· People received consistent care from a staffing team they knew well, with no late or missed calls reported by relatives.
· Staff received a thorough induction including face-to-face training, shadowing, and completion of the Care Certificate.
· Registered manager was hands-on, working in the field and maintaining regular communication with staff, people and relatives.
· People were supported to maintain independence and involved in decisions about their care.
· Strong positive feedback from relatives praising the warmth, dignity, and responsiveness of staff and the registered manager.
