   St Anne's Community Services - Durham DCA was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-led in January–February 2023, with ratings for Effective, Caring and Responsive carried forward from the previous 2018 inspection. The service demonstrated a strong person-centred culture, safe medicines management including STOMP principles, effective safeguarding practices, and robust governance with no failure themes identified.
