Supreme Care Services Limited received a Good overall rating following a focused inspection of the Safe and Well-Led key questions, confirming successful resolution of three previous recommendations around safeguarding notifications, induction records, and out-of-hours communication. The service demonstrated well-organised medicines management, safe recruitment, consistent staffing, and effective governance systems supporting continuous improvement.
Strengths

Supreme Care Services Limited improved from Requires Improvement to Good overall following a focused inspection, having remediated the previous breach of Regulation 12 on risk management. However, the well-led domain remained Requires Improvement due to missed statutory safeguarding notifications to CQC and inconsistent office responsiveness in the absence of senior managers.

· Staff received safeguarding, medicines, moving and handling, and infection control training with competency spot checks.
· Complaints system recorded, investigated and resolved issues; 11 of 13 complaints resolved within expected timescales.
· Provider addressed previous breach of Regulation 12 regarding risk management plans.
