Palm 2 Palm Care Services – Enfield received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection in June 2023, demonstrating safe, effective and person-centred care for 29 people in their own homes. No regulatory breaches were identified and the service showed strong governance, staff training and engagement with people and their families.

· People received consistent care from staff who knew them well, with positive feedback from relatives about kindness, professionalism and respect.
· Medicines were managed safely with competency assessments, spot checks, accurate records and regular audits.
· Comprehensive, personalised care plans written from the person's perspective, covering personal care, medicines, nutrition and oral hygiene.
· Staff completed the Care Certificate induction and a wide range of training including dementia care, mental health awareness and equality and diversity.
· Effective governance and auditing processes in place to identify improvements and monitor quality of care delivery.
