· People were treated with kindness, dignity and respect; staff built strong individual relationships and advocated for people when needed.
· Personalised, responsive support plans reviewed every three months; people supported to pursue interests, social activities and independent living skills.
· Positive, open culture with people meaningfully involved in recruitment, health and safety checks, and the running of the service.
Harbour Care Home achieved a Good rating across all five key questions at its February 2019 inspection, with no breaches of regulation identified. The service demonstrated strong person-centred care, safe medicines management, effective staff training, and responsive leadership for its 15 residents and supported living clients with mental health needs.

· Staff were up to date with mandatory training and received specialist training for specific health conditions.
· People were fully involved in writing and reviewing personalised support plans, with reviews every three months or sooner if needs changed.
· Complaints were responded to in a timely manner and all six formal complaints since last inspection were resolved successfully.
