   Focused inspection of Burgess Care, a residential service for 20 people with learning disabilities or autism, found improvements since the previous Requires Improvement rating, with safe, responsive and well-led all rated Good. Reliance on agency staff to cover vacancies remained a concern, though the provider was actively recruiting and people received person-centred care from a culture praised by relatives.
