Stennack Homecare Limited provides domiciliary care to approximatly 50 people living in their own homes. The service supports people living in coastal communities North of Redruth, Cornwall. We carried out our unannounced on-site assessments on 14 and 20 February 2024, off site assessment activity started on 7 February and ended on 21 February 2024. We looked at 6 quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Independence, choice and control; Equity in experiences and outcomes; and Governance, management and sustainability. At our last inspection the service was rated good. At this assessment the service remains good.

Minor issues around previous staffing shortages causing late calls and occasional lapses in communication about delays had been identified and were actively being addressed by the registered manager.
