   Targeted inspection of Somerleigh Court nursing home (which also runs Close Care domiciliary agency) focused on infection prevention/control and risk management around eating and drinking, with the service inspected but not rated and previous Good rating retained. Care was kind and risks were planned for, though minor concerns around PPE use, a damaged kitchenette area, mealtime quality and staff support were identified and addressed promptly by the provider.
