Date of assessment 14 January to 23 January 2025. Osborne House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 32 people. At the time of our assessment 29 people lived there. We visited the service on 14 and 16 January 2025. We also spoke with people and their families on 14, 16 and 20 January 2025. At this inspection, we looked at the key questions of Safe and Well Led. The service had a manager registered with the Care Quality Commission. A trainee manager oversees the day to day running of the service. At the last inspection the service was rated Good. At this inspection the rating remains Good.
