Right at Home Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own houses and flats. At the time of our assessment 18 people were receiving personal care. Some people had a ‘live in’ care worker staying with them in their home. We assessed 32 quality statements across safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions. We carried out our planned on-site assessment on 20 and 21 August 2024. Off site assessment activity started on 22 August 2024 and ended on 27 September 2024. We found the service was well-led at an outstanding level. People and their relatives experienced good care and support from the managers and staff which was exceptionally caring.
