The service demonstrated strong person-centred culture, robust safeguarding, effective multi-agency working, and good governance, with one minor recommendation to improve PRN medicine protocols.

Strengths
· People had choice and control and were able to make decisions about their daily lives and how their care and support was organised.
· Staff had received training on how to support people when they were distressed and were putting themselves or others at risk.
· Incidents and accidents were recorded and actions taken to try and reduce the risk of reoccurrence, with lessons learned exercises completed.
· Recruitment processes were robust with pre-employment checks including Right to Work and DBS checks carried out prior to staff starting.
