This focused inspection of the REaCH domiciliary care service found improvements had been made in both Safe and Well-led key questions, raising the overall rating from Requires Improvement to Good. The provider was no longer in breach of Regulations 12 or 17, having successfully implemented new systems for medicines management, risk assessment, care planning, and governance oversight.

- · Robust risk assessments introduced covering falls, eating and drinking, moving and handling
- · Sufficient staffing levels with consistent staff who knew people's needs well
