   Creative Support - London Services received a Good rating across all three inspected key questions (Safe, Effective, Well-led) in this focused November 2023 inspection, maintaining its previous Good rating from May 2021. The service demonstrated strong safeguarding practices, effective governance, person-centred care aligned with Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture guidance, and a positive, open culture led by a knowledgeable registered manager.

   Strengths

   • · Staff focused on people's strengths and promoted independence, supporting people with maximum choice and control of their lives.
   • · Medicines were managed safely with no gaps in records, regular audits, and regular competency checks for staff.
   • · Comprehensive care plans reflected good understanding of people's needs including communication and sensory support needs.
   • · Staff had thorough induction, ongoing training, supervision, appraisal, and peer support mechanisms.
