The service demonstrated strong leadership, consistent staffing, robust medicines management and a deeply person-centred culture.

Strengths

· People felt safe and staff had strong safeguarding knowledge; no concerns had been referred to the local authority.
· Medicines were administered on time, audited regularly, and staff were assessed as competent before administering medicines.
· No missed calls reported; electronic monitoring ensured staff arrived on time and stayed for the full allotted time.
· Staff received regular supervision, spot checks, monthly knowledge questionnaires, and access to NVQ development.
· Highly personalised care plans reflected individual preferences, routines, interests, cultural and religious needs.
