   Focused inspection of safe and well-led following infection control concerns found the domiciliary care agency remained Good overall, with effective safeguarding, recruitment, medicines and governance systems. A recommendation was made about staff PPE practice after some staff were observed with facemasks under their chin in hotel communal areas.
