Date of assessment: 26 to 27 February 2026 Ivy Care Ltd is a care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 2 people were receiving care and support. The service was registered with CQC on 13 October 2022. This was the first assessment. We have rated the service good. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed autistic people and people with a learning disability respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. At the time of the assessment, the service was not supporting any autistic people or people with a learning disability, but the provider had regard to ‘Right support, right care, right culture’. We found the provider had suitable processes to ensure the needs of people with a learning disability could be met. Staff undertook relevant training. There was relevant guidance for staff and people using the service. People received safe care from familiar staff. Staff arrived on time and provided person-centred care and support. People were supported to manage risks and be independent when they wanted to be. The registered manager assessed people’s needs and choices. They supported people to develop personal objectives and work towards these. Staff undertook a range of training. They were well supported to develop their skills, knowledge and experience. There were effective systems to monitor and improve the quality of the service.
