· People felt safe and staff demonstrated strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to report abuse
· Medicines management was in line with best practice with fully completed administration records and competency-assessed staff
· Staff arrived on time and people received support from a consistent staff group, promoting continuity of care
· Care plans were person-centred, regularly reviewed, and included health, physical, emotional and communication needs
