All 4UCare is a domiciliary care service registered to provide personal care to individuals living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment there were 32 people receiving the regulated activity. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. Personal care is help with tasks related to personal hygiene. Where they do provide personal care, we also consider any wider social care provided during our assessment. At this assessment we looked at all the key questions and all the quality statements. This assessment took place took place between 25 February 2026 and 23 March 2026. We visited the registered location on 05 March 2026. This was the first assessment for this newly registered service. Therefore, we assessed all quality statements across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions. As a result of our assessment, we rated the service good. People who used the service were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff protected their privacy and dignity. They treated them as individuals and supported their preferences. People had choice in their care and were encouraged to maintain relationships with family and friends. Staff responded to people in a timely way. People were involved in assessments of their needs. Staff reviewed assessments with them, taking account of people’s communication, personal and health needs. Care was based on latest evidence and good practice. People had enough to eat and drink to stay healthy. Staff worked with all agencies involved in people’s care for the best outcomes. They monitored people’s health to support healthy living. Staff made sure people understood their care and treatment to enable them to give informed consent. People and their relatives knew how to give feedback and were confident the provider took it seriously and acted on it. The service was easy to access and worked to eliminate discrimination. People received fair and equal care and treatment. Staff worked to reduce health and care inequalities through training and feedback. Leaders were visible, knowledgeable and supportive. Staff felt supported to give feedback and understood their roles and responsibilities.
