Dates of inspection 8 and 19 August 2025. Partnership Care Support Ltd provides the regulated activity personal care to people, including people learning disabilities and autistic people, living in their own homes and supported living settings. At the time of our inspection 6 people were using the service and were receiving a regulated activity. This was the first inspection of the service since they registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide regulated activity on 14 December 2022. It was carried out by 1 inspector. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. People received the right support. People’s needs were assessed and care plans provided staff with guidance on meeting these safely and effectively. People, their relatives, healthcare professionals and staff worked in partnership to develop personalised care plans for people. These reflected people’s preferences. The provider ensured that staff were safe and suitable to provide care and support by operating a robust recruitment process, on-going training and regular supervision. Sufficient numbers of staff were deployed to meet people’s needs and keep them safe. People received the right care. People’s care was person-centred and regularly reviewed. Staff obtained people’s consent before providing support. People’s medicines were administered correctly, recorded appropriately and stored safely. The provider ensured that timely referrals were made to health and social care professionals. Staff ensured that people’s environments were clean and safe. The provider promoted the right culture. The service had an open culture within which the views of people, relatives and staff were encouraged, welcomed and acted upon. People were supported to be as independent as possible and skills around activities for daily living were taught. People were supported to be healthy, eat well and engage in the activities they wanted to.
