This assessment took place between 17 February to 27 February 2026, with an onsite visit to the registered location on 18 February 2026. PN Healthcare Services Ltd is a homecare service providing the regulated activities of personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided with 'personal care’; such as help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. This is the first assessment for this newly registered service. Therefore, we assessed all quality statements across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led key questions under the provider’s new registered location. As a result of our assessment, we rated the service good. People were protected from harm and abuse. People and their relatives told us staff were kind and respectful and raised no concerns about the quality of their care. The registered manager was passionate about ensuring people’s care was focused on their needs and wishes and to support people to reach their potential. Staff’s approach ensured people received person-centred care based on their choices and preferences. The service was responsive to people’s needs, worked well with people to encourage independence, and supported people to access different healthcare services as needed. Staff were trained, supported and had been safely recruited. People’s care and risk management plans provided staff with the information they needed to support people safely and effectively. The provider valued feedback and worked continuously to improve the service and ensure good outcomes for people. Systems were in place to monitor the quality of care being provided. The provider was responsive to our feedback and had put into place an action plan around monitoring of staff’s care records and implementing staff training to ensure all staff received training in how to interact appropriately with people with a learning disability and autistic people, at a level appropriate to their role.
