Date of assessment: 27 October – 21 November 2025. Besi Care Ltd is a care at home service providing personal care and support to adults of all ages some of whom live with physical disabilities. Not everyone using the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this assessment there was 1 person receiving care and support. This was the first assessment of the service. The provider submitted limited evidence and, based on the review of the evidence, we focussed our inspection on the Safe and Well-Led key questions. We were not able to gather sufficient evidence from this assessment to score all of the quality statements, so the service remains unrated. We have, however, identified the provider needs to make improvements to the leadership and governance of the service. There were no organisational policies, processes or systems in place to support safe care and good governance of the service. The provider of was in breach of the regulation in relation to governance and leadership of the service. We have asked the provider to complete an action plan to show how they will make improvements. At our next assessment will review all the quality statements in all of the key questions to provide an overall rating.
