Date of assessment: 25 September 2025. Oasis Care Hillingdon is a care at home service. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 15 people were receiving support with personal care. The service is registered to provide support for children, younger adults and adults living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory impairment. At the time of the assessment the service was not providing care for children or younger adults. An assessment has been undertaken of a specialist service that is registered for use by autistic people or people with a learning disability. At the time of the assessment, the service was not used by anyone with a learning disability or an autistic person. However, we assessed the care provision under Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture, as it is registered as a specialist service for this population group. Medicines were administered as prescribed and followed best practice. The provider had recruitment processes which meant they could appoint staff with appropriate skills and knowledge. The provider carried out investigations following incidents, accidents safeguarding and complaints to identify any actions to improve the service. Staff told us they felt supported by the registered manager and senior staff. Risk associated to a person’s health and wellbeing were assessed and management plans developed. The provider had a range of audits and checks to monitor the quality of the care provided.
