Date of Assessment: 8 September 2025 to 12 September 2025. The service is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to children and adults living with sensory impairments and dementia. This is the first assessment for this newly registered service. Improvements were needed to ensure the systems in place were documented to ensure they were consistently effective. The lack of documented systems meant we could not be assured the provider always worked transparently and promoted a positive culture. People’s needs were assessed and reviewed, and people were involved with this process. There were enough suitably trained and recruited staff to ensure people received care at the correct times. People received their medicines when needed. There were processes in place to manage the risk of infection, safeguarding and to ensure staff worked in a safe environment. Staff spoke positively about people and the support they received. People were treated with kindness, and their needs were reviewed to ensure they received good outcomes.
