Date of Assessment: 10 October 2025 to 25 October 2025. Edenom Care Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. This is the first assessment of the service. The provider maintained a proactive and transparent culture of safety, where staff were confident in reporting concerns and understood procedures for managing incidents. Although no safety events had occurred, staff demonstrated clear awareness of protocols. Safe systems and transitions were in place, supported by robust pre-admission processes and collaborative working with healthcare partners. Safeguarding was prioritised through policies, training, and staff vigilance, ensuring people were protected from harm. Risks were managed holistically with personalised assessments and active involvement from individuals and their families. Medicines were managed safely, with audits and policies in place to support best practice.
