The assessment took place from 17 February to 17 March 2026. Robin Home Care provides care to people living in their own homes, including older people, autistic people, people with a learning disability and those with long term physical and mental health needs. At the time of assessment, 17 people were using the service. People were safe because staff understood safeguarding, used effective risk management processes and monitored concerns through digital systems. Care was person‑centred and responsive, and there were examples of outstanding practice, including creative multi‑agency work that led to very positive outcomes for people with complex needs. Staff had the right skills, assessments were thorough and regularly reviewed, and people were treated with dignity and respect by a consistent team who knew them well. The service responded quickly when people’s needs changed. Staff communicated clearly with people and families and worked closely with external professionals to prevent deterioration. Leaders promoted an open, supportive culture and maintained strong oversight through audits, incident reviews and governance systems. No breaches of regulation were identified. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. We found the provider was meeting the principles of ‘Right support, right care, right culture.’
