Date of Assessment: 11 March to 26 March 2026. Blue Coral Healthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people are receiving the regulated activity personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. At the time of this inspection 2 people were receiving support with personal care. This was the first inspection of the service, and we looked at all quality statements within, safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. At this assessment, we found personalised and caring support being provided to people. The service had effective systems to ensure people’s needs were assessed and their care was planned. Staff demonstrated a thorough knowledge about the needs of people they supported and any signs or symptoms to look for that may suggest a person was unwell or experiencing a deterioration in their health. Staff were recruited safely and had effective support and supervision. This created a positive staff team who enjoyed their role, had a good understanding of the provider’s values and worked hard to enable choice and independence in people’s care. The service had good training to ensure staff had the knowledge and skills to undertake their role. The service had effective systems to share important information with the staff team and to ensure staff were supported. The service was responsive to people’s needs, worked well with people to encourage independence, and was effective in supporting people to access different healthcare services as needed.
