Date of assessment: 15 September 2025 to 8 October 2025. Three Sisters Care Ltd provides domiciliary care to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this assessment, the service was providing personal care to 122 people. The site visit was carried out on 25 September 2025. This assessment was carried out by an inspector. We looked at 33 quality statements as part of this assessment. We gave the service 48 hours’ notice of the assessment. This was because we wanted to make sure someone would be available to support us with the assessment. We also spoke with the registered manager, the chief executive officer, the deputy manager and the operation director. After the assessment, we spoke with people that used the service, their relatives, and staff to seek their views about the service. This service was registered with us on 21 December 2023, and this was the first inspection.
