Rating at the last inspection This service was registered with us on 2 February 2024. This is their first comprehensive inspection. Our view of the service Date of assessment: 15 April to 20 May 2025. Miracle Workers is a home care agency that supplies live-in staff to provide personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our inspection, the service provided care to 130 people in Wales and Scotland as well as England with 70 people receiving personal care and support in England from this agency. The main office is registered with CQC in England and it is the personal care and support in England which CQC regulates. This was the first assessment of this service. We looked at all quality statements in order to provide a rating. The service has been rated good. Systems and processes ensured lessons were learnt from incidents and complaints. Assessments, care plans and risk assessments detailed people’s individual needs. The provider was making improvements to their care record system and aiming to include more detail around specific health needs. People received support with their medicines from staff who were trained to administer medicines safely. Staff received training and support to deliver safe care and staff knew people well. Processes were in place to ensure people were able to raise concerns and appropriate action was taken to address any concerns. People were involved in their care planning, their preferences and choices were included to ensure people received person centred care. The provider had a comprehensive governance system which supported them to monitor and review the service and identify any actions to improve.
