Date of Assessment: 30 January 2026. Ivy Homecare Services Limited is a care‑at‑home service. It provides support to people in their own homes, including help with personal care such as washing, dressing and support with taking medicines when this is part of their assessed needs. At the time of the assessment, two people were receiving regulated support. The registered manager was visible and approachable and maintained oversight of day‑to‑day care. People, relatives and staff consistently described the service as safe, reliable and responsive. People said carers arrived on time and stayed for the agreed duration. Relatives told us the office team responded promptly to queries, and staff said they felt well supported by the registered manager. Improvements were required in some areas, including: the clarity of risk assessments where people live with medical conditions and the management of medicines. Care planning was collaborative and staff were matched to people based on language needs, which improved communication. Systems were in place to monitor quality and review concerns, and the registered manager acted on feedback and identified learning. Overall, the service delivered safe, caring and responsive support with some areas requiring further development. The registered manager took action during the assessment and provided evidence that improvements had been made.
