BoJo Care Services Ltd improved from Requires Improvement to Good following a focused inspection of Safe, Effective and Well-Led domains, having addressed a previous breach of Regulation 17 through a strengthened governance framework and improved auditing processes. The service demonstrated safe care delivery, effective staff training and a more robust oversight structure, though one person raised concerns about the competency of some younger care workers.
