Date of assessment 16 February to 25 February 2026. The service is a homecare service which is registered to support adults of all ages, people with physical disabilities, people with dementia and people with sensory impairments. At the time of the inspection there was one person receiving a regulated activity of personal care. People’s care plans contained limited information about their medical diagnoses and background. This meant there was a risk staff could not support people safely. There was limited and conflicting information about the level of support required in relation to various aspects of care. This meant there was a risk of people being supported in a way which was not in line with their preferences. Additionally, care plans did not detail about how staff can support people with their social, cultural and religious preferences. However, staff had completed a variety of training. The service had not recruited any staff as the staff supporting people were all directors of the company. There were systems and processes to ensure staff could be recruited safely. There were policies and procedures which were up-to-date and in line with legislation. We identified one breach of the legal regulations in relation to the governance of the service.
