   Dunston Community Centre (Homecare North East CIC) received a focused inspection of the safe and well-led key questions, both rated Good, maintaining its overall Good rating from the previous 2018 inspection. Minor gaps in recruitment record-keeping and quality monitoring processes were noted but had not impacted care quality, with the management team actively addressing these issues.
