   MacIntyre Milton Keynes Support received an overall Good rating following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led domains, with no breaches of regulation identified. The service demonstrated strong person-centred practice, safe staffing and medicines management, though it lacked a formally registered manager at the time of inspection.

   Concerns (1)

   • minorGovernance: “At the time of our inspection there was not a registered manager in post. An existing registered manager with MacIntyre Care had applied to add the location to their registration.”
   Strengths

   • · People were fully involved in managing personal risks and in recruitment decisions, including final say on who to appoint.
   • · Staff were skilled in recognising signs of emotional distress and supported people in the least restrictive way possible.
   • · Medicines were managed safely with MAR checks, STOMP principles followed, and staff trained in safe administration.
